Facilitation Procedure for Exchange of Experience
Facilitation Procedure for Exchange of Experience
Introduction
The facilitator introduces the purpose of the exchange of experience session, which
is to encourage experienced social entrepreneurs to share their life hacks and young
entrepreneurs to share their fresh ideas.
Icebracker
The facilitator conducts an icebreaker activity to help everyone get to know each
other and create a comfortable atmosphere
Examples:
What is something that you're passionate about?
What is your favorite hobby or activity to do outside of work?
If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
What is your favorite quote or saying that motivates you?
If you could learn any new skill, what would it be and why?
Life Hack Sharing
The facilitator invites experienced social entrepreneurs to share their life hacks. Each
person is given a few minutes to talk about a specific challenge they faced in their
social enterprise and how they overcame it. They can also share any tips, tricks, or
strategies they have learned along the way.
Fresh Idea Sharing
Next, the facilitator invites young entrepreneurs to share their fresh ideas. Each
person is given a few minutes to talk about their social enterprise idea, what problem
it aims to solve, and how they plan to execute it. They can also ask for feedback and
suggestions from the experienced social entrepreneurs.
Q&A and Discussion
After each sharing session, the facilitator opens the floor for questions and
discussion. Participants can ask for clarification, share their own experiences, or
offer feedback and suggestions.
Wrap-up
The facilitator summarizes the key takeaways from the session and thanks everyone for their participation. The facilitator also encourages participants to continue the conversation and connect with each other after the session.Follow-up
The facilitator follows up with participants after the session to provide any additional resources or support and to encourage continued collaboration and knowledge sharing.Icebreakers examples

The group decision making Diamond
The diamond has four stages: Orientation, Conflict, Emergence, and Reinforcement. The Orientation stage involves members of the group getting to know each other and defining the problem or issue they need to address. The Conflict stage involves the group members sharing their opinions and ideas, which may result in disagreement or conflict. The Emergence stage involves the group members finding common ground and working together to come up with possible solutions. The Reinforcement stage involves the group members making a decision and then supporting and reinforcing the chosen solution. The diamond shape represents the fact that the group decision-making process is iterative, with the group revisiting each stage as needed until a decision is made.
