  • MODULE AIM AND OBJECTIVES

    The aim of this module is to strengthen skills that will help develop creativity in social entrepreneurship.

    Module Objectives:
    1. To acquaint learners with the principles of effective communication and conflict resolution tools
    2. To practice on real examples of applying the principles of effective communication and demonstrate how it can be done flexibly and creatively
    3. To enhance the skills directly needed to enhance creativity in social entrepreneurship
    
    

    Module duration: 10 hours (6 - group study with a teacher, 4 - independent work)

    
    

    Topics

    Topic 1: Vulnerability of social entrepreneurship and how creativity can help. What is creativity and why is it needed, especially in social entrepreneurship.

    
    

    Topic 2: Creativity as an activator of creative thinking for making non-standard decisions. "The Elephants", on which stands creativity are theory, practice, experiment, conclusions.

    entrepreneurship spheres and creative approaches in development of green
    economy, sustainability, inclusion.

    2. To get acquainted with the main models of creativity
    3. To understand the connection between creativity and social Entrepreneurship

    Topic 1: Social entrepreneurs as avant-garde newcomers to the development of society: the risks of social entrepreneurship, the role of creativity, the potential of social entrepreneurs who may be at the forefront of the new socio-economic model.

    The aim of this module is to strengthen skills, which will help to develop expertise to create methods individually, combining the existing ones and transforming them to be able to develop principally new ones that will enhance team motivation and encourage its development.

    
    

    Module Objectives:

    1. To acquaint learners with the principles of motivation and the tools how to create it in a team and maintain it in the times of uncertainty

    2. To practice on real examples of applying the model of creativity to develop new creative methods for any problem and finding unique creative solutions to be more flexible in conditions of uncertainty and to be able to develop constantly

    3. To enhance the skills of creative act objectivization which is necessary to gain results, to turn any innovative ideas into reality in the fast-developing world of uncertainty.

    The aim of this module is to strengthen skills of adaptability, flexibility, to develop expertise in building a strategy accordingly, converting fears and risks into opportunities using creative approach, as well as to reveal the importance of creative marketing in social enterprising to be able to lead effective and successful business contributing to society and constantly developing in a world of VUCA.

    Module Objectives:

    1. To acquaint learners with the tools of building social business strategies using creativity.

    2. To practice on real examples of applying the model risk transformation to be able to find solutions and benefits out of any risk.

    3. To enhance the skills of managing social business, defining its usefulness, analyzing the market, and creating advertising using a creativity approach.
